Operational program: Human Resources and Employment
Aim of the project: Ensuring the improvement of competitiveness of the employers through higher qualification of employees and their further professional education.
Advantages for the employer: 100% payment of the education and salary compensations, including the health insurance and social insurance payments, of the employees during the time when the education takes place.
Realization: 31 May 2011 – 31 July 2013; the educational activities have to be finished by 31 May 2013.
